Eat plenty of fish, especially those that contain omega 3, and vegetables. Although it is all right to consume red meat, it is advisable that you do this just once in a while because red meat is also considered as an acidic food.

Spirulina and chlorella are foods that can help counter the acidity in your blood. However, it may not be easy to find these things in the grocery store. Thus, you need to find supplements that contain these substances to help counteract the acidity in your blood. Furthermore, you also need supplements that contain calcium, magnesium and other plant-based vitamins and minerals that will help keep your bone mass intact.
