I’ve made it to day 10, yes double figures. During this time I have not yet fallen in love with a vegetable drink. but I am enjoying them more. Don’t get hung up on low gi, or low carb fruits, etc and don’t worry too much about sugar content, provided you are having a good range of fruits and vegetables each day as they tend to balance each other out.
